Part-time Aesthetic Practitioner

We have a fantastic opportunity for a patient-focused and responsible professional to join our small, friendly and supportive team to work in both our Hartley Wintney and Farnham clinics as an Aesthetic Practitioner.

As an Aesthetics Practitioner, you will bring a kind, welcoming presence to every patient who walks through our door and deliver high-quality treatments including laser hair removal, hydrofacial therapy and radiofrequency skin rejuvenation.

Schedule:

Farnham

Monday 09:00-17:00 

Tuesday 12:00-20:00

Hartley Wintney

Friday 09:00-15:00

1-2 Saturdays a month 09:00-14:00

Job summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis, offering treatments at our Farnham & Hartley Wintney clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a modern, patient-focused clinic delivering exceptional results with cutting-edge technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of machine-led treatments, including:

  • PureHydro facials
  • Laser hair removal
  • Radiofrequency skin tightening

Additional skills in electrolysis and advanced electrolysis are desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments in a safe, professional, and results-driven manner
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations and maintain accurate treatment records
  • Provide pre and post-treatment care advice to patients
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with clinic protocols
  • Contribute to a welcoming and supportive clinic environment
  • Help increase access and availability of services to new and existing patients

The right candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar aesthetic practitioner role
  • Qualified in the delivery of relevant treatments (Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent as a minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of GDPR and patient confidentiality protocols
  • Confident working independently during weekend hours
  • Committed to ongoing professional development

Desirable:

  • Electrolysis and/or advanced electrolysis certification
  • Experience working with a variety of skin types and concerns
  • Sales or retail experience in an aesthetic or skincare setting
