Emma Rickman

Emma is a BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist, who uses the latest

nutrition and lifestyle medicine science. She uses this to develop fully personalised,

realistic food and lifestyle plans, guiding patients to achieve their health goals.

We are all unique and by gaining a detailed understanding of each patient’s health

history, Emma supports them to make small, sustainable adjustments, ensuring they

feel in control of their health for the long term. She recommends strategies patients

will find easy to incorporate into everyday life, whilst also keeping them accountable.

She is experienced in using this evidence-based approach for a range of concerns

Including:

Medicated weight loss: Supporting weight loss medication patients to ensure nutritional adequacy and prevent future weight regain.

Hormonal health: Suggesting strategies to manage symptoms of the

menopause and andropause.

Metabolic health: Recommending personalised eating patterns to help

improve markers for cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation and long-

term vitality.

Lifestyle integration: Helping navigate ‘information overload’ to find a realistic,

sustainable way of eating that fits a patient’s specific health history.

Emma is a graduate of the British College of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine

(accredited by University of Greenwich) and is currently undertaking an MSc in

Personalised Nutrition.
