Aesthetic Monthly Membership Plan – Terms and Conditions
- Membership is charged at £25 per month and will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
- Members are eligible for exclusive discounts on selected aesthetic treatments and skincare products, including savings of up to 50% on qualifying services.
- Discounts are available to active members only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package, or discount unless otherwise stated.
- Membership discounts apply only to the registered member, except for the annual ‘treat a friend’ benefit.
- A comprehensive skin consultation and personalised treatment plan is included at the start of membership and may be updated periodically at practitioner discretion.
- Two complimentary Red Light Therapy add-ons are included per calendar month and must be used alongside another booked treatment. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward or exchanged.
- Complimentary treatment add-ons (scalp massage, hand and arm massage, or neck & shoulder massage) are available during eligible appointments and subject to treatment suitability and appointment timings.
- Priority access to complimentary or reduced-fee model/content appointments is available to members who consent to photography and/or videography for marketing purposes. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
- Birthday facial benefits are redeemable only during the member’s birthday month and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or carried forward.
- The annual ‘treat a friend’ benefit may be used once per calendar year and applies only to one guest appointment.
- Christmas gift treatments are redeemable during January and February only and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Membership benefits hold no cash value and are non-transferable unless specifically stated.
- We reserve the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable notice to members.
- Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Any outstanding payments due within the notice period remain payable.
