No requirement to pay a deposit or upfront appointment fee when booking appointments. £50 deposit on appointment not required – simply book.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing up for this subscription, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
Enrolment
- To enrol in the plan patients must have an active account with The Female Health Clinic and have attended at least one appointment.
Subscription Fees and Payment
- The cost of the subscription is £24 per month, payable via GoCardless.
- Payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account every month from the date of sign-up.
- The direct debit will continue until the subscription is cancelled.
Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless you cancel it.
Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancelling within 12 months will require the full payment of services since signing up, minus the monthly subscription fees.
- Access to AgeSexy discounts will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Payments for AgeSexy treatment courses are made after each individual session. If the subscription is cancelled, the price will revert to the full rate.
- We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time, with one month’s notice.
No Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for any months that have already been used or for any part of a month that has passed. As this is a monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time no refunds will be issued for any whole or part of a month already passed.
Exclusive Use
- The subscription is for exclusive use only and is non-transferable.
- The benefits of the scheme may only be used by the individual who subscribes and cannot be shared with others.
Service Availability
- The AgeSexy Membership option is only available at Hartley Wintney and Farnham locations, though we hope to bring it to other locations soon.
Changes to Terms and Service
- We reserve the right to modify the service or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Agreement
- By signing up for the subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- You also agree to pay the subscription fee and accept the cancellation policy as outlined above.
